Dear New Patient,

Welcome to our practice! We appreciate the trust you have placed in us. One of our primary concerns is to make you feel comfortable in our office. We will make every effort to ensure that is the case.

The best way for us to assess your periodontal/implant needs is for us to have an understanding of your present oral conditions, as well as insight into your dental and medical history. We will provide a thorough evaluation by examining your oral tissues and reviewing current x-rays. Additionally, we will provide an oral cancer screening.
We fell it is important to discuss our examination findings with you, make recommendations for treatment, discuss the costs involved, and mutually decide along with you and your dentist which path to take.

Also, you will find that we respect our patient’s time and make every effort possible to remain on schedule. Because we are considerate of patient’s time, we have found that they are, likewise, considerate of our time. We do appreciate at least 48 hours notice if an appointment must be changed.
